Peter Johnson

Peter has undertaken research into to a range of subjects including the work of Australian's most prolific colonial theatre architect George Raymond Johnson (1840-1898). He has written for the Australian Dictionary of Biography and the Encyclopedia of Australian Architecture. He operates an architectural practice in St Kilda and acts as a valuer of architectural documents for the Australian Government's Cultural Gifts Program. Peter joined the Society's committee in 2002 and was president of the Society from 2009 until 2015.
